The bull checks signals. You make the decision.
These terms apply when you use TruffleBull, run a scan, view a report, or purchase a report unlock. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and understand its limits.
What TruffleBull does
TruffleBull reviews observable website signals and available public information. Reports may include response status, website content, policy clues, domain information, public-company context, headlines, unresolved questions, and practical verification steps.
What TruffleBull does not promise
- A low-risk result is not a guarantee that a website, product, seller, investment, or business is safe.
- A warning or suspicious result is not proof of fraud, misconduct, illegality, or liability.
- A limited scan may mean the target blocked automated access or that information was unavailable.
- Reports may be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, or affected by third-party data and website changes.
No professional advice
TruffleBull is not a law firm, financial adviser, credit bureau, investigative agency, or licensed professional service. Reports are not legal, financial, investment, medical, employment, housing, insurance, or consumer-reporting advice.
Not a background check or consumer report
Do not use TruffleBull as a consumer report, tenant screen, employment screen, credit decision, insurance decision, or other eligibility determination governed by specialized law.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for verifying important information through primary sources, official records, regulators, qualified professionals, and direct inspection where appropriate.
Acceptable use
You may not use TruffleBull to:
- attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service;
- submit private-network, local, internal, or unauthorized targets;
- harass, defame, impersonate, or unlawfully profile a person or organization;
- misrepresent a TruffleBull report as a legal judgment or official certification;
- circumvent payment, access controls, rate limits, or security safeguards.
Paid reports
A paid report unlock applies only to the report and product identified during checkout. Payment does not guarantee a particular conclusion, score, amount of evidence, or favorable result. Paid sections unlock only after TruffleBull receives verified payment confirmation.
Third-party services and sources
TruffleBull may rely on public websites, domain services, market sources, news sources, Stripe, and other third parties. Their availability, accuracy, policies, and content are outside TruffleBull’s control.
Service availability
The service may be changed, interrupted, limited, or discontinued. Features marked “coming soon,” “provider required,” or “availability depends on demand” are not promises that a feature will launch.
Limitation
Use TruffleBull at your own judgment and risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TruffleBull is not responsible for decisions, losses, missed opportunities, disputes, or damages resulting from reliance on a report or inability to use the service.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. The current version posted on this page applies when you use TruffleBull.
